There are a bunch of other, much more fringe-y combo decks that could use Tyvar as well and its not impossible that it shows up in a fair Abzan Stoneblade style deck where being able to reanimate things like Dauthi Voidwalker and Stoneforge Mystic and activate them right away seems quite powerful
