While a piece of equipment like Grafted Exoskeleton might let Kediss make short work of whoever you didn't swing Ishai at, I think a Strionic Resonator is more likely to not get instantly removed

While it would be fantastic to be able to take out a Baneslayer Angel with one card, let alone getting five damage on the face as well I fear that getting to seven mana before said Baneslayer has ended the game will not be happening
