While I stand by pillowfort being the wrong way to build Isshin, a cheeky Blind Obedience can do a lot to enable attacks and keep life totals healthier

Chapters II and III being attack triggers to draw cards instead of combat damage is a little pushed, but at six mana and an extra turn in most circumstances you had better need a significant return on it like this gives
