Bulger," T&V Limoges France, 3-5/8" H 1199 as found conditionAntique fraternal shaving mug in white porcelain, hand painted with symbols of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. The central motif is an All Seeing Eye with radiating lines, flanked by the three link chain representing Friendship, Love, and Truth (F. L. T.), with ornamental scrollwork on either side. The name "H. E. Bulger" is painted in blackletter script across the front. Gold trim accents the base rings. The base is marked with a green "T&V
