This micro lot is a single Pink Bourbon variety lot. In the cup: a jasmine tea body with fruit forward, floral aromatics, mulberry sweetness, and peach like acidity; as it cools, watermelon juiciness shows through and the finish turns to gentle tropical fruits. Although it is a sweeter coffee we have found this coffee to be still clean of fermentation notes
