It was originally an antique stickpin (circa 1910) that our jeweler transformed by removing the stem and adding a 14k yellow gold jump ring. The piece measures 1 inch from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0. 4 inches wide, and it is in great condition. Materials: Platinum, 14k gold, Moonstone, Diamond.
