New NATO Strap Dial Excellent black dial with Dark Creamy markers and matching hands. The hands have aged to be a few shades darker than the markers. There are a few slightly darker spots on some of the markers. The lume still glows briefly when subjected to intense light, which is correct for dials from this period.
