I think Endless One could be fine in a deck that has a focus on the +1/+1 counters on your creatures with cards like Avatar of the Resolute, but as a big payoff spell, the other options are miles better

This card has two strikes against it: it costs triple blue to cast (just like cousin bombs Arcanis and Future Sight from this block) and blue is generally a weak color in Onslaught/Legions/Scourge

It's uninkability and requirement of having to have that character in your discard does mean you may not want 4 copies of this card in your deck, but I think it will certainly see play as a powerful recursion tool
