I guess in theory you could run it in a deck that hasnt technologically advanced to the Industrial Revolution, but I doubt that the slight combat buff beats out pinging everyone else for their creatures, being able to blink your own creatures, or also gaining life when your stuff dies

We can expect the value of showcase cards to be at least 30% more expensive than the normal version, and thats being conservative
