First Release Port Storm Batch 01 tasmania etched with 'Waubs Harbour SingleOFFICIAL FIRST RELEASE, Batch #1. The very first in our Flagship Series of single malt whiskies, 100% distilled and matured at Waubs Harbour Distillery, just metres from the ocean and covered in salty air. Rich ex tawny French Oak casks balanced with American Oak casks. Notes of poached pear and sultana, brown sugar syrup layered with hot custard. At 48%, the salty brininess amplifies and balances the sweetness while adding complexity to the oak.
